A Masters’ degree in Medical Documentation, led the Medical Records Departments of various national and international accredited hospitals.
A Certification in Computer Concepts offered by National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology, Government of India.
Recently completed the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate- a rigorous, hands-on program that covers the entire scope of the data analysis process; and a Specialization viz Data Visualization & Dashboarding with R offered by Johns Hopkins University.
Experience working with six well-acclaimed and accredited organizations located at 4 different countries and managed and associated with people from truly diverse linguistic, cultural, religious, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds.
A Certified Data Analyst, Software/ DBMS Developer, Clinical Coder, Biostatistician, Trained Quality Assurance professional and a Computer Geek who had managed various portfolios at these organizations.

Working experience as the Medical Records Officer at Epidemiology & Clinical Trials Unit (ECTU) at one of Asia’s biggest Cancer Research and treatment Centre- The Tata Memorial Centre (Tata Memorial Hospital and Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) under Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India.
Organized the compilation, systematic and timely reporting of more than 100 quality indicators as part of organization-wide Quality Improvement and Patient Safety Program and methodically update the Hospital wide Quality Indicator Dashboard.
Experience in coding using coding conventions like ICD-10, ICPM, ICD-10-AM, ICD-10-PCS, ICD-O. Experience in using 3M Codefinder software.
Led the Medical Records Department of three different centers at the same time- The Jerudong Park Medical Centre, The Brunei Cancer Centre and The Brunei Neuroscience, Stroke and Rehabilitation Centre at their very first JCI Accredited facility at Brunei Darussalam, wherein I was a member of Hospital Quality Council, Occupational Health & Safety Committee, Co-leader of Quality Improvement & Patient Safety, Member of “Assessment of Patient” & “Management of Information” committees.
Currently associated with Health Assurance Hospitals-DHAMAN, Kuwait as the Manager - Health Information Management, overseeing the Health Information Management operations at their 4 Primary Healthcare Centres (PHCs) and 2 upcoming 300 bedded Hospitals in Kuwait.
